THE skM TOKYO HOTEL & DINING

The staff were amazing. They were always incredibly polite and respectful. They couldn't do enough to help. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. The small inclusions in our room were a real surprise (endless supplies of water, small snacks, a bottle of wine, and a vast array of personal toiletries) and anything that was used was replenished each service unlike many other hotels. Bath robes, pyjamas, battery charges and a large number of other items can also be rented (for free, yes free) at the touch of a button and delivered almost immediately to your room. The rooms are spacious, especially for Tokyo, and are incredibly clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and came with a choice of pillows. The included breakfast was delivered to our room each morning and was simple but delicious. Plenty of Japanese and international restaurants/cafes nearby in Kinshichó along with a large variety of shops and supermarkets. Quick and easy connections to many other areas of Tokyo, including Shibuya and Shinjuku, are available from the local train and subway stations. Easy public transport connections to Narita and Haneda airports are also at your doorstep. I would highly recommend the skM Tokyo Hotel and Dining to first time or return visitors to Tokyo. A great experience.

A 2 minute walk from Kinshicho Station with plenty of restaurants and bus/train connections. The room was huge and had complimentary water located throughout the room; I counted 7 bottles! Free wine. Continental breakfast was included and was punctual to the time I selected. The staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted me no matter where I ran into them. The best hotel experience I've had in Japan. I also really like the ambiance that they've set. I don't like bright lights so the dimmer setting in the hallways was perfect for me. I will definitely be staying here again.

We booked two rooms — one for my mom and aunt and one for my brother and me. The whole experience was fantastic from check-in to check out. We loved the continental breakfast, spacious room, wine bar downstairs, friendly staff and proximity to the train station. Additional value-adds were the pajamas, wine and bottled water. It was also next door to a Lawson Station, which was great. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything: the beautiful modern design, the spacious room, the lightings, the facilities, the furniture, the smell, the cleanliness and especially all supplies are of high quality and generously provided. Location is within few mins walking distance from Kinshicho stattion, which has both JR/Metro accessibility to major hubs like Ginza, Shibuya, Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Akihabara, etc.

This was probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed! The staff took care of the smallest details: we were given robes, nightwear, slippers, toothbrushes, bath products, a razor... the list goes on. What's more, the cosmetics and cleaning products were of the highest quality. I regret that we don't have such at home :) The room was cleaned perfectly every day. Not to mention the legendary Japanese toilet 🙂
