The staff were amazing. They were always incredibly polite and respectful. They couldn't do enough to help. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. The small inclusions in our room were a real surprise (endless supplies of water, small snacks, a bottle of wine, and a vast array of personal toiletries) and anything that was used was replenished each service unlike many other hotels. Bath robes, pyjamas, battery charges and a large number of other items can also be rented (for free, yes free) at the touch of a button and delivered almost immediately to your room. The rooms are spacious, especially for Tokyo, and are incredibly clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and came with a choice of pillows. The included breakfast was delivered to our room each morning and was simple but delicious. Plenty of Japanese and international restaurants/cafes nearby in Kinshichó along with a large variety of shops and supermarkets. Quick and easy connections to many other areas of Tokyo, including Shibuya and Shinjuku, are available from the local train and subway stations. Easy public transport connections to Narita and Haneda airports are also at your doorstep. I would highly recommend the skM Tokyo Hotel and Dining to first time or return visitors to Tokyo. A great experience.

The smK Tokyo hotel. Wonderful Hotel with fairly spacious room, convenient location only 5 minutes walk from kinshicho station. Fantastic staff, spoke good English and was very helpful. The bed is very comfortable, the room was extremely clean, we got fresh towels every day, We got lots of complementary items. A mini fridge filled with water, juices, a bottle of wine, a bar of chocolate and we got a decent breakfast in the room every morning. My favorite thing was the smart toilet, I was in love with it😆 I will kill to have one like it at home. In addition we got lots of extra goodies, including a skin care kit, a toothbrush, razor, hair brush, mouth wash, face towels and even a hair clip, that was replenished every day and considering that Hotels this day are like airlines that unless you pay for the extras you wont get them, I think this hotel did very well. This place is really awesome, I will definitely stay here again.

The room was exactly laid out exactly like pictured, but so much bigger in person. The beds were soft and extreme comfortable. The bath was very deep, and long enough for me to stretch my legs out (I am 6') and the bath salts were great for relaxing after a long day of walking around Tokyo. The amenities were excellent. Really good quality, and very plentiful. It was also really convenient to be able to request more through the tablet. The location was really convenient as well. The closest station is only a few minutes away, there's a Lawson's and a Family Mart just across the street, and there's tons of great restaurants in the area. We usually got back to the hotel too late to try the on site restaurants, but the menus looked great.

The breakfast and service every morning was well worth it and made us feel so welcome and good. The staff was so friendly and helpful despite me not knowing any Japanese. The bathroom, was the main reason we got the room and it was beyond worth it. 100% would stay here again and gladly!
